Choosing between old and new workplaces...

Situation:

Gentleman is seriously considering to change his job. At the moment he has one proposal for a similar position in a different company. He needs to make a choice...

Current situation at work?

The World - Wheel of Fortune - 6 of Wands. Situation is very comfortable and consistent, he knows what he is doing but there is nowhere to grow within this company. If he is after stability that is definitely the place, for growth? There is no room.

Now evaluating both options:

Financial situation?

1. 7 of Wands- 7 of Cups: He will remain in the same situation as long as he keeps working with the same capacity. He will be having doubts and considering different options. Won't get settled.

2. King of Pentacles - 2 of Cups. Much better situation in here. Quite hight income and stability, and looks like he will be offered partnership at some point.

Colleagues/team?

1. Magician - 5 of Wands. Not that great again. Looks like everyone is by themselves and the only collaboration is by competing with each other. No support. No teamwork.

2. Page of Pentacles 5 of Cups. Eventhough the atmosphere is much more pleasant and people are more open and emotionally available, looks like he will still be missing his old colleagues. Perhaps because his new team consists of much younger people and is less mature...

What decision will he make?

5 of Swords- 8 of Cups. He will leave his current place, but it doesn't look like it will be his choice at the time. Will be leaving because of a not very nice situation will take place with crappie attitude...
